The Birth of a Premium Glacier Ice Vodka
From a land out of time, where glaciers are up to 250,000 years old, where the northern lights dance in the air throughout the year, where the sun does not set for months on end, and where polar nights last four months long, came the birth of a premium glacier ice vodka.
Sïku, meaning “Ice” in Greenlandic, is handcrafted in small batches from pristine glacier ice which is up to 60,000 years old from the Qalerallit Sermia glacier in Greenland. The ice is crushed and bagged for shipment to the distillery. The finest grains have been distilled five times resulting in an ultra premium alcohol that is 96% pure. Using a proprietary method of “ice blending”, Sïku becomes liquid at approximately minus 25 degrees Celsius.
The end result of this incredible journey: A world-class vodka …perhaps the smoothest vodka in the world!
