Exchange & Refund Policy

Wines and Spirits
Our wines and spirits are kept in an environment with a controlled temperature to ensure that the taste and aromas are not tainted so they can be enjoyed at their best. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds on these products with the exception of damaged products (please see below). 

Accessories
For accessories, we have a 14-day return policy from the date your items is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unopened and unused, with the price tag if relevant, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@divino.mt. If your return is accepted, you can either send your return by post to our address or deliver it in person to our shop,

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
