Tasting Notes
The village level wine of the estate, it is produced from fully ripe grapes from the estate owned Gamlitz village vineyards. The steeply sloping vineyards are situated at 350 – 450 metres above sea level. Cool microclimate. Selective harvest takes place exclusively by hand in small boxes. The maturation time is between 4 - 8 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, classic maturation on the fine lees for 4 - 5 months.
Fragrant mint with white asparagus and elegant gooseberry, harmoniously united on the palate, plenty of drinking pleasure.
