The grapes of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell come from vineyards located in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1000 metres of altitude planted on sandy soils and high amount of limestone on his bed. Fermented separately to obtain a very complex wine after maturing in French oak barrels.
A peculiar wine that combines complexity, structure and an intense covered cherry red color. Elegant, fresh and complex nose where ripe fruit and floral notes can be appreciated. Pleasant and fresh on the palate, balanced and with sweet but youthful tannins, unctuous and enveloping, with an original and interesting mid-palate and a long finish.
Ageing: 4 months in French oak barrels.
Best served with: Ideal to accompany rice dishes, stewed vegetables, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, fish and shellfish in sauce, cured and blue cheeses, grilled white and red meats.
