Monastrell grapes, used to produce this wine, short contact with wood, come from vineyards located in the surroundings of the winery, at an altitude of 700 meters in the northeast of Jumilla.
Vivid ruby. Spice-accented cherry and dark berry aromas show good clarity and subtle floral and licorice accents. Juicy dark fruit and spicecake flavors spread out slowly on the palate and take on a smoky nuance on the back half. Finishes jammy and good length.
Grape: Monastrell from organic vineyards.
Best served with: Rice, pasta, (noodles, spaghetti, macaroni), vegetables, mushroom, stewed meat, sausage, pork, roast meat, red and/or white meat with sauces, grilled meat, short or medium cured cheeses.
Serving temperature: 15ºC to 18ºC
