Juan Gil Dry Muscat
Wine obtained from Moscatel de Grano Menudo vineyards, located on gently sloping hills at a height of approximately 700 meters, in the Aragona valley that is located north of Jumilla where limestone soils, a dry climate and many hours Sun exposure creates an ideal microclimate for growing this variety.
Tasting Notes
Light, green-tinged gold. Fresh melon, peach and kiwi aromas are complemented by jasmine and white pepper. Juicy, tightly wound pit fruit and honeydew flavors. Delivers a lot of juicy, refreshing fruit and comes off almost weightless on the long, intensely spicy finish.
Grape: Moscatel / Muscat.

Best served with: Chicken, fish, shellfish, oysters, clams, mussels, antipasto, quiche, pasta salad, Thai foods, cow and sheep cheeses, etc.
