Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red wine with a persistent structure. It is elegant and complex with scents of violets, vanilla, cacao, spices and menthol tobacco.
Grape variety: Sangiovese, Montepulciano & Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: Long maceration and controlled fermentation. Refined 10 months in French oak barrels and for further 6-8 months in bottle.
Best served with: Excellent with red meat and game.
Serving temperature: 18°C. We suggest to uncork it at least 1 hour before serving.
