Harvested only in the best years from the oldest vines of the vineyard's farm. Grapes are hand-selected for a balanced and uniform ripening. Late harvest then refined in oak barrels for over a year.
Grape variety: Montepulciano & Sangiovese.
Best served with: Ideal with red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18ºC, we recommend to uncork this wine well in advance.
