After a very careful selection of Garnacha vines with a very low yield to obtain grapes with a high aromatic concentration and balance of fruit, the wine is fermented in small stainless steel tank and spends 18 months of maturing in French oak barrels resulting in a very limited production of this exclusive wine.
Fresh on the palate with exotic fruit, apricot and a lemony finish.
Grape: 60% Sauvignon Blanc & 40% Viognier
Ageing: 18 months in French oak barrels
Best served with: Ideal as an aperitif, cooked white fish, light white meat dishes & vegetarian salads.
