Tasting Notes

Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC "San Clemente" is an excellent white wine with an intense flavour, produced by the Zaccagnini Winery thanks to the careful selection and processing of Trebbiano grapes. A wine appreciated by white lovers, present on the best Italian tables and also exported abroad. This wine comes from an old Abruzzo vineyard cared for and cultivated with passion thanks to the experience of attentive and respectful winemakers of the territory.

It is the perfect glass for light and medium-bodied white wines; these wines do not need prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. On the contrary, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano D'Abruzzo, aged in French barriques for 8 months.

Best served with: Fish appetizers, white meat, fresh cheese, steamed fish-shellfish, finger food, eggs and quiches.

Serving temperature: 10° - 12°C.

Peak drinking: This wine is perfect to be tasted now, with great satisfaction.
