Tasting Notes
Inky purple. Explosive aromas of candied black and blue fruits, cola, vanilla and smoky minerals with a suave potpourri quality gaining power in the glass. Rich, sappy and expansive, offering palate-coating boysenberry and bitter cherry flavors nicely balanced by juicy acidity. Finishes with superb energy and length leaving smoke, floral and ripe, dark fruit notes behind.
Grape: 100% Syrah
Ageing: 30 months in French new oak.
Best served with: Pairs well with Beef, Lamb and Game.
Serving temperature: 15º - 18ºC, it is advisable to decant the wine for at least 2 hours before drinking.
