Cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Blaufränkisch & Syrah. Harvest done by hand of ripe and healthy grapes, traditional mash fermentation in wooden fermenting vats and red wine fermenters for 18 days. Gentle pressing is followed by storage in perennial and new wooden barrels.
Dark purple colour, almost black with a depth of fruit with aromas, dark berries & also well balanced wooden aromas. Full-bodied, demanding wine, structured and complex, with young aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and blackberries, also well integrated oak with a long finish. Certified vegan.

Markus Schneider from Ellerstadt in the Palatinate region is today one of the most famous winegrowers in Germany. Less than 25 years ago, his father delivered the little bit of red and white wine he had to the cooperative society. Today, almost 100 hectares of vineyards are turned into red, white, rosé and sparkling wine in the Markus Schneider winery.
