At Château de Malleret, grapes are gently filled by gravity and vinified plot by plot to preserve their unique characteristics. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures of 27-28°C in a combination of concrete and wood tanks, with regular punching down to enhance extraction and color. Maturing for 12 months in the barrel.
Deep ruby red colour. The nose is complex, offering aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, and subtle oak. Full-bodied with smooth tannins, rich fruit flavors, and a balanced, long finish.
