Vinsanto 4 year barrel aged is a naturally sweet wine, made by white grapes that are sun-dried for approximately 2 weeks and aged in barrel for 4 years after fermentation. Honey colour, complex flavours of dried fruits, apricot, orange zest and herbs. Balanced acidity and long finish.
Grape variety: This Vinsanto is a blend of 80% Assyrtiko, 10% Aidani & 10% Athiri.
Vine age: 150 years.
Ageing potential: Many decades from vintage.
