Selection of low-yield vineyards of garnacha white vines (12 has) which grow at high altitude around 1960.
Tasting Notes
Bright yellow colour. Intense white and stone fruit aromas combined with floral notes. Pleasant and delicately unctuous palate, with lingering acidity that adds depth and fine reminiscences of fresh fruit and mineral notes.
Grape: 100% Garnacha Blanca.
Ageing: Harvested by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Serving temperature: 10º - 12ºC
