“Mare Nostrum” was the name given by the ancient Romans to the Mediterranean Sea, to our Sea.
Guerriero del Mare is a wine that is produced only in the best vintages by selecting the grapes from the oldest vineyard of the company. The Guerrieri Agricultural Company uses grapes only from their own plants, which are cultivated according to a strict set of regulations to minimize environmental impact (plant-based fertilizers, non-chemical mechanized weeding).
Grape variety: Bianchello.
Harvest: Harvested only in the best years from the oldest vines of the farm. Grapes are hand-selected for a balanced and uniform ripening.
Vinification: Partial fermentation in wood. Refined in oak barrels for over a year.
Best served with: Excellent with seafood, white meat, cheese and truffles.
Serving temperature: 14 - 16°C.
