aromatic and crisp wine with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. Night harvest, short skin contact maceration, pressing with inert gas, low temperature
fermentation and maturation on fine lees.
Ideal as an aperitif or with sea bass carpaccio, spring rolls
with shrimp & goat cheese and thyme/feta focaccia among many other light dishes.
