Tasting Notes
The Assyrtiko grapes for this wine are harvested by hand from kouloura vines as old as 150 years from estate own vineyards. The wine displays irresistible minerality, salinity, citrus and stone flavours with a natrullay high and refreshing acidity, True to its terrior. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks only.

Ageing potential: 10+ years from vintage.
