It was born in the Fattoria del Colle in the oldest and most intact heart of Tuscany. It brings you the scents of ripe red fruits and the powerful and harmonious taste typical of a high hill area where the air is clean and the ripening of the grapes is slow. Typical of this area are the beef steak cooked on the grill and the pecorino cheese that goes wonderfully with the Dragon and the 8 doves IGT Toscana. The vines are grown organically and manually, as has been the case for centuries.
Brilliant ruby red colour, the slow rotation of the wine in the glass is a sign of its richness. Aroma: fine, complex with a prevalence of aromas of red fruits and spices deriving from the aging in cask. Taste: of great structure, full, harmonic, of excellent persistence. Food pairing: noble meats (such as Florentine steak) and mature cheeses. It also goes well with spicy and tasty dishes of Chinese and Indian cuisine.
