Giovi London Dry Gin
Giovi London Dry Gin comes from a selection of botanicals (juniper, lemon peel, lesser calamint, savory, bay leaf, rosemary, myrtle and pink pepper) infused in the Giovi distillate with the use of a wood-fired ancient copper pot still.
The only London Dry in Sicily to be defined as such, it is the result of years of research, recipes and experimentation.
Tasting Notes
It reaches 42% alcohol which, with a harmonious presence of juniper, gives a strong and decisive flavor but, at the same time, soft and balanced, enhancing the balsamic note of the lesser calamint. The finish is round and dry.
Serving Suggestions
Ideal to consume straight and at room temperature. Very versatile in tonic water and compound drinks.
