Camus Elegance VS Cognac
Camus VS Elegance is a cognac that is full of personality - fresh, lively and smooth. Distilled in small classic alembic charentais copper stills, the resulting eau de vie is then aged in Limousin oak barrels with fewer tannins to let the personality of the original eau de vie shine through rather than be subsumed by the oak.
Tasting Notes
Eye: Bright sunset gold.
Nose: Superb notes of white flowers, iris and hawthorn.
Palate: Light, mellow tannins mingle with fragrant fruit, spices and hazelnut. A good balance of wood and very light vanilla create a reasonably long - and highly memorable - finish.
