Made from Aglianico grape variety, this wine has a deep coral colour and lots of apple, melon and strawberry aromas. The palate is off-dry and displays bright berry fruit with good balancing acidity.
Grape variety: 100% Aglianico.
Vinification: This varietal wine is made from Aglianico, an old red wine cultivated mainly in Basilicata and Campania. After the harvest, the grapes are processed to must under low pressure. The fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled environment at 10° Celsius. Then this wine matures on the yeast in stainless steel tanks for a period of time.
