Tasting Notes

Intense, bright green in colour. Fresh, intense nose of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, with aromas of white flowers and a herby edge. The palate features a delicious entry, with great acidity, lots of fruit and a full body giving the wine a lovely long finish.

Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on Granite soil - Casablanca Valley.

Vinification and ageing: After being fermented in Stain steel tanks, the wine is left in for another three months in contact with the lees, in order to give the wine a little more structure and volume, before bottling.

Best served with: Excellent with all kinds of seafood, shellfish and green salads.

Serving temperature: 11° - 12°C.
