Caffo Limuni Limoncello
Limunì, Limoncello del Sud, is obtained from the alcoholic infusion of untreated lemon peel, ripened under the hot sun of Calabria. The lemons, coming from farms located near the Caffo Distillery, are processed on the same day as the harvest. To obtain the Limunì infusion, only the most aromatic part of the fruit is used, i.e. the yellow part of the rind (epicarp) infused in neutral alcohol.
