The Belpasso Rosso comes in the form of a dense and charming ruby red and offers a fragrance full of ripe red and black berries, dried cherries and a hint of elderflower. The initial flavours leave way for hints of clove, some bitter almond and dark chocolate. Full-bodied on the palate, complex and dense, with notes of ripe berries with a long finish.
Grape variety: 40% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella,10% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Merlot.
Best served with: BBQ-marinated pork ribs, beef and vegetable skewers or T-bone steaks.
