The Lemongrass is an elegant and aromatic wine with complex layers of fresh Lemongrass and hints of tropical fruit, supported by a lively acidity and minerality. The palate is well balanced with a pleasant lingering finish. Best enjoyed in a relaxed setting with lunch, sundowners or diner.
Notice: No lemongrass was used, abused or mistreated during the winemaking process.
Best served with: Salads, seafood, grilled fish or chicken, tomato based pasta and pizza’s.
